Questions we get a lot
How fast can I get my order?
Most standard online products — banners, yard signs, business cards, flyers — print in 1–3 business days and ship FedEx. Vehicle wraps and channel letters are scheduled jobs; we give you a firm install date when you approve the proof.
Do you ship outside Virginia?
Yes. We ship printed products anywhere in the United States via FedEx, and shipping is free on orders over $150. Installed work — vehicle wraps, channel letters, sign service — is done in the Hampton Roads area.
Can you help with my city sign permit?
Yes. We prepare and submit the drawings and paperwork for your city or county, and follow it through to approval. Permit help is included on most installed sign projects and available on its own.
How permit help worksI don't have a design. Can you make one?
Yes. Use Design It Yourself in your browser for business cards, yard signs and banners, start from a template, or send us a rough idea and our team will draw it up. You approve a proof before anything prints.

Print-ready PDF, AI or EPS is best. We also accept high-resolution PNG and JPG. For large-format work send vector art where possible. If you are unsure, send what you have and we will tell you if it will print well.
Do you offer trade or reseller pricing?
Yes. Agencies, resellers, franchises and contractors who order regularly can apply for a trade account with tiered pricing.
